"Easy enough to customize our event page"
I was actually happy with how much I could tweak the ticket page, like the colors, the different ticket options, and even some of the wording here and there. It did take me a minute to figure out where a few settings were hiding, and I kind of clicked around for a bit before it all made sense, but once I got the hang of it, it was straightforward. Not totally perfect, but it did what we needed for our event and looked good in the end.

"Suspiciously reliable every time"
I’ve used Ticket Falcon for a few events now, it’s been almost too smooth. Pages load fast, tickets show up right away, and checkout hasn’t done that weird thing where it suddenly “forgets” your info like some sites definitely do on purpose.
The best part is I’m not sitting there wondering if the system is going to betray me at the worst possible moment. It just works, which is rare enough these days to feel a little suspicious. But hey, I’ll take it. I’d use it again

I always worry a bit about extra fees popping up at checkout, so it was a relief that the prices were clear from the start. Nothing surprising showed up at the end, which made the whole process feel a lot more comfortable.

I don’t know, I was expecting a little more for what I paid. The fees just felt kind of high compared to what I actually ended up getting. Maybe I missed something or had my expectations set wrong, but either way, it didn’t really feel worth the price to me

We used Ticket Falcon to scan tickets at our event and it was just super smooth. The app was easy to figure out, nothing confusing, and our check-in line moved way faster than it did last year. We had one ticket that didn’t scan at first, but we just looked it up by name and found it quickly. Overall, really happy with it and I’d definitely use it again.

"I was honestly surprised by how low the fees were"
I went in expecting the usual annoying fees to pile up, because that’s pretty much what I’m used to. But after everything was processed, I looked at the final amount and had to double-check it because the fees were way lower than I expected. It was a nice surprise and made the whole experience feel a lot better.

"Payout was too slow for me"
Using the site was fine, nothing too confusing really, but the payout took way longer than I thought it would. I kept checking for updates, which got annoying after a while. It did come through in the end, so that was good, but the waiting part, not great.

Check-in at our event was quick and handled well. People got through the door fast, and there weren’t any strange issues to deal with, which was a relief. Would’ve been nice if everything else felt that easy, but at least this part went smoothly...

I used Ticket Falcon for our event, it was easy to get the hang of. I tend to notice quickly when a system has weird gaps or steps that don’t line up, but this one followed a clear flow. Tickets, payments, and check-in all worked the way I expected, and I wasn’t constantly stopping to figure out what came next. It saved me a lot of time and made the whole event process feel much smoother.

"Easier checkout than I expected"
Checkout was quicker than I thought it would be. The pages loaded without any lag, my payment went through on the first try, and the ticket email showed up right away. I was expecting at least some kind of hiccup, but it all just worked smoothly.

I made my tickets really fast and didn’t get stuck at any point!! The site was simple, smooth, and just no headache at all

Paying for my tickets was quick and the confirmation came through right away, so that part was fine. No weird delays or card issues. Still, after the hassle I’d had leading up to it, I was expecting at least a simple apology

I had to reach out to Ticket Falcon support because of an issue setting up a ticket. To be fair, they did respond and eventually got it fixed, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But it definitely took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once, which kind of made it feel like my request had been sitting there until I checked in. Overall, it was okay, just average. I’d still use them again, but hopefully support is a bit quicker next time
